User Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to send a deletion request

To request deletion of your personal data, email [email protected]. Using the subject line "User Data Deletion Request" helps us route the request faster.

Please include your name, contact email, phone number and the channel through which the data was shared, such as website form, WhatsApp conversation, Meta/WhatsApp integration, SMS or email correspondence.

2. What data may be deleted?

Where the request is appropriate, the following records may be deleted, anonymized or otherwise restricted in line with applicable law:

• Consultation and quote request form records
• Name, company, phone and email contact information
• WhatsApp, SMS or email communication history and delivery records
• User contact information received through Meta/WhatsApp integrations
• Website security and technical logs where there is no legal retention requirement

3. Meta or WhatsApp users

If you contacted AkademiaPlay through Meta or WhatsApp, please include the phone number used and, if possible, the approximate date of the conversation. This helps us match the correct record.

4. Response time

Requests are reviewed as soon as possible and, where applicable, within legally required timeframes. Additional verification information may be requested depending on the scope of the request.

5. Records that may need to be retained

Some records may need to be retained for invoicing, accounting, security, contract, dispute or legal obligation purposes. In that case, data is retained only for the required purposes and periods.
